Is there a such thing as a lighter icing? I'm looking for something not so heavy on the butter and/or crisco and/or cream cheese and/or powered sugar. Especially the powered sugar. Something just not so heavy and sweet all around yet something I can still decorate with. Not necessairly make elaborate flowers with but something that will hold the shape of like the shell border and that type of decorating. But it still needs to taste good. icon_wink.gif If anyone has a recipe they can share or can point me towards one, I would be very greatful! icon_smile.gif

Sorry you couldn't locate the lite frosting recipes.

However, it violates copyright to post just the recipes without giving the link to the source.

Good luck.

Thanks. That's a whole lot of recipes to go through to find one or 2 that might be lighter than the typical icing recipes out there. LOL I was kind of hoping for something a little more specific. Something someone has actually tried.
