I have the giant heart cookie pan, and was wondering besides chocolate chip, what other cookie dough would work in such a large size. Has anyone tried NFSC in this? Would like to make some for Valentine's Day.

Got this from the Wilton site. I have read that you can also use the refrig dough too to press in.

*Sugar Cookie Recipe for Giant Cookie Pans

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 3/4 cups flour
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1/2 teaspoon Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray giant cookie pan with vegetable pan spray. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Dip hands into flour and pat dough into prepared pan. Prick dough with a fork. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Place on cooling rack for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with spatula; remove from pan and cool.

Makes 8-10 servings.

I have make peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, and macaroon heart shaped cookie cakes. There are many recipes for those. The choc.chip and sugar are standard ones. I use my own recipe for the sugar cookie, it is a little sweeter then NF's, and besides for a large cookie I don't have to worry about it falling off a stick. I do however use the NF for my decorated smaller cookies with or without the stick.
