I am clueless! I am making a dora themed cake for my daughters b-day party.
All the accent pieces are like a hot pink, purple, orange, and yellow. I thought I would cover the cake in like a hot or neon green.

How do I achieve this color?

Do I start with say leaf green and add yellow to it?

If you don't have time to order the color, then yes- green with a little yellow has worked for me in the past!

Sky blue with lots of bright yellow has worked for me in the past as well.

I was going to say I have seen regular food coloring in neon colors! I know it isn't the same but hey if you had to you could always use that too!
