There are some beautiful "quilt" cakes in the galleries. Type in the word 'quilt' in the search line under galleries.

there is a great sewing kit chocolate mold. It has a sewing basket with a lid and all of the tools. It would be very easy and look so good on top of a quilt cake.

Here is a sweet set of sewing item molds, they can be used for gumpaste or chocolate. They are miniature, I should tell you.

I was thinking a cake that looked like one of those tomato shaped pin cushions with gumpates "pins" sticking in it would be cute.
