greetings from texas y'all. i am a beginner cake decorator; i have taken 4 wilton classes and have made 6 cakes since completing classes. i want to enter the CO ices competition the first weekend in february. i am not good enough to enter the garden competition as i have not taken a flower class yet, so i am looking for some inspiration for other divisions to enter. if anyone has any bright ideas on where to look or what i can do, let me know. thanks so much.

Howdy! Im from Texas too! What part of Texas are you from?? Im in Fort Worth where luck to me later when I try and open my own place there isn't much competition here....well there is in the mid cities and dallas but Fort Worth is pretty dry. Anyhoo, That is cool that you want to do a contest! That would be so fun! I am certainly not there yet in skills as I am just starting out. Good luck though!
