I have a doll cake to do next week, and want to know, how do you transport/ store them? Like, what kind of box do you use? I saw a bakery hand a client a doll cake in an open box, which seemed very cheap. Anyone have any suggestions icon_confused.gif

Here's how most of my cakes go out. I have some process pictures if you're interested. Basically, I just make slits in the lid so it closes over the cake rather than sticking straight up. Then, I cover the opening with cellophane.

I am really interested in this process.......and would simply love the process pictures since none of my cakes lids close!
