I am wanting to do a layer of white chocolate cake for my DS's bday but I don't know what kind of filling to use the doesn't need to be refrigerated?

My other layer I think is a mud creek turtle cake with a white chocolate ganache filling.

White chocolate and cherry is a classic combination!

thanks for the ideas. Both sound really good.

GeminiRJ: Does the cherry filling need to be refrigerated?

I think a raspberry filling would be wonderful too.

I like my cake cold, so I always refrigerate. However, I doubt you'd need to refrigerate cherry filling. There isn't anything all that perishable in it!
