As far as I know molding chocolate is a mixture of melted chocolate and karo syrup. I just made my first chocolate wrap and posted it look in my photos all I did was melt calabeault chocolate and added some crisco and poured onto a cut pattern in the size I wanted it waited for the shine to disapear lifted it and it automaticly made a nice crisp edge and wrapped around the cake pulled off the wax paper. First I melted some white chocolate put into a bag and piped lines took a tooth pick through it let it dry then poured the chocolate easier then I expected.
