I basically always use IMBC for weddings, but I'm leaning towards an all-butter standard BC for the zillion samples we need for next weekend, because of storage issues and perishability etc. Will it matter, you think?

If you always use IMBC, I'd use that. It's like "false advertising"- and it will probably work against you as IMBC generally tastes much better than an all-butter BC.
