Has anyone used it? It is an adjustable cake ring you bake on a cookie sheet. It obviously would not work for thin batter but it is an interesting concept. I am attaching the link.

I have made sponge cakes in a ring and later used it to form the mousse piped on top of the sponge, it's then refrigerated till set, a wet warm towel wrapped around the outside of the ring to release it from the mousse and then slid off.

we used very similar rings when I worked in a casino I found them very odd the first time I saw them but they work great.
