Buying Pettinice and I would like to know how long it lasts in the buckets once some has been used?

I haven't bought it in buckets but I wrap mine in saran wrap then put in ziplock bags inside an airtight container and keep it for months and it is fine. HTH

I've used satinice from the buckets, but never had it stick around longer than a couple of months...not sure how long it lasts!

Dumb question on my part.....why get that much if you are not going to be using it?

I am going to be using it. But 15lbs is a lot to use so Its nice to know that i will have plenty when I need it and not have to wait for it to be shipped in small batches at the last minute.
