Hello! I'm a newbie, and wanted to take time to say Hi to everyone, and introduce myself. My name is Angie. I'm from Slidell, Louisiana, where I live with my life partner, and our two wonderful kids. I've been doing cakes for 11 years, but never had the confidence to do them professionally, until recently. I'm a full time cook, and now a part time cake decorator as well.
I've taught myself everything over the years, and then enhanced my knowledge with Wilton courses, 1 and 2. (Starting 3 next week!)
I love doing children's character cakes.
I'm soon going to purchase an airbrush system, and try my hand at that!
I've posted my pictures, so take a look, and feel free to offer comments!

Welcome! Your cakes are GREAT! You will love being a part of Cake Central! However, it IS an addiction that you will have to learn to control....or....maybe not! Ex: I'm sitting here at my laptop and need to be cleaning my house and putting away my Christmas decorations.....see what I mean? LOLL
