Hello everyone. Well, it's that time again. Time for another New Year's resolution to lose weight icon_rolleyes.gif I'd love to try to get away from all the trans fats, etc but I know it's gonna be difficult. Does anyone out there have any really good low cal recipes? If you do, please, please share them with me. I've really got to make it work this time...... Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is one from the California Pizza Kitchen Restaurant that I really like. Smashed pea soup, sounds funny but it is a good split pea soup recipe. It is hearty, low cal, can be meatless if you use vegetable broth and it's pretty easy to make. Check the left hand nutrition information.
