Does anyone have any special techniques for getting the background icing even and smooth? I always seem to have hills in it and lines. Please help, Edee

I just used the Melvira Method and it ROCKS! There is a link here for the method, sorry I don't have it off hand! Good Luck!

I just tried MMF and NFSC and I am IN LOVE! This is the first time that I am extremely pleased with my cookie results. I used the MMF as my background and then used Royal to put on my decorations. I have not mastered the flooding technique but I guess it is just a matter of practice, practice, practive. icon_smile.gif Posting pics of my cookies soon.
