Does anyone have a recipe for mmf? I'm very new to this site and fairly new to cake decorating as well. I have never used nor tasted any fondant at all. I hear that the satin ice is fairly expensive and I definately don't want to waste it by just experimenting. I would love to try the mmf to see what it's all about. Also if anyone has any tips or tricks that they are willing to share it would be so much appreciated! 
NikkiDoc - Hey! Welcome to CC! I am new here too, please let me know how you like the MMF when you try it. I have been tempted to try it, but haven't yet. I have used the traditional fondant recipe and was NOT impressed. Didn't like the taste. Everyone here raves about the MMF and they say that it tastes good too. I'll let you know how it turns out. I'm glad I found this site...I was about to buy some Wilton fondant and try it. But everyone here says it's awful. I'm already getting sucked in! There is so much I need to do right now but I'm enjoying this site so much that I find myself letting it go!
