I just signed up for a three ICES mini classes in Orlando this January! I'm so excited icon_smile.gif I hope I won't feel too much like an underdog there!
Anyone else sign up for classes?
ICES = International cake exploration societe.

I'm too far north to take that class, but I thought I'd let you know that I'm excited for you!!!!!!

I'm considering joining the colorado chapter of ICES, but haven't yet. i'm shy and stuff, so i dunno. i may someday. my wilton teacher keeps trying to convince me.


I may take the classes someday, after I finish the Wilton courses.

Husband and I are going to the CO ICES sugar art and cake show in Feb, and I want to go to one of the big national ones someday
