I was thinking about a cheesecake but I want something that is going to blow his family AWAY. I am supposed to go to the store tonight to pick up supplies so any help on ideas would be great. Thanks.

If you are thinking cheesecake, I can try to round up a recipe for triple chocolate cheesecake! It is wonderful and would WOW your family. The crust is made from chocolate cookies, one layer is white chocolate, one layer is bittersweet chocolate and one layer is milk chocolate. Very yummy. Let me know if you would like it. I will start looking for it just in case you would like it : ). Leslie

That sounds great I would love to have that recipe. His family is big cheesecake fans I was leaning that way and making a regular cake.
