Okay so I would like to know how many servings each of these cakes make. 16,14,12,10,8,6. I am making a wedding cake for about 40 people and the bride wants a stacked cake (3 cakes) Im not sure of the sizes to use. I thought of doing the bottom one as a dummy cake.

I recently did a small wedding cake with a 10" round, 8" round and 6" round tier. You can see it in my gallery. Anyway, it fed about 40 people. Take into consideration whether or not the bride wants to keep the top tier for the 1st anniversary.
