Quick Question - How Many Boxes?

How many cake mixes do you need for the 11 by 15 sheet pan? Will two be enough or will I need to use 2 plus the extender?

I use 2 mixes.

I use 2-3 boxes depending on how tall you want your cake. I personally usually use 2

I also use 2 boxes per pan, and then, as I like tall cakes, I put 2 cakes (2 boxes ea.) on top of each other. icon_cool.gif
