just soak in hot water and peel it off your styro won't get soaked just dry it off and use it again

I have reused my dummies several times and I use Glade Press-n-Seal. It works great though finding the right way to put it on without leaving any wrinkles was trial and error 
I found it best to cut pieces to fit the tops(and bottoms if your going to attach it to a stand) and then do the sides is easiest way for me. When I'm all done with them I just lift them off the stand and peel from the bottom. I make sure some of the sides overlap enough to grab and peal off.
