Does Anyone Know How Many Servings A Cake Roll Makes?

And how much butter cream is needed to fill it and how much to frost?

All of the recipes I have suggest 10 to 12 servings for a jellyroll cake, but it depends on how thick you slice them. As for filling if you are using buttercream 1 batch should be enough (4 cups).

thanks. my bc recipe makes 6 cups so I should be good to go. I didn't want to have to make another batch.
