I posted to a topic earlier about Christmas gifts. I am happy to tell you that lastnight at 6:25, I received the best Christmas gift ever. My daughter (was having complications with her pregnancy) gave birth to my granddaughter. Both mom and baby are doing great (it was touchy for a while with the babies heart beat and daughters blood pressure). Thanks to everyone that held us in their prayers. Merry Christmas!

That is the best gift for sure! So glad everything turned out OK for both mom and baby. So, what did she name the baby? Give us more details!

She named her Kendra Marie and she weighed 6 lbs 1 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. has some dark brown hair. Ended up in an urgent needed C-section. Everything is fine and now I can get more than 3 hours of sleep (no more worrying about that)

Congratulations!!! That's the best Christmas gift ever!!! I gave birth to my DD on December 28th 11 years ago. I always said that she heard us opening presents and wanted to get hers too! icon_lol.gif
