Well I managed to put together a FBCT today and have it in the freezer! I did this for my cake on monday but wanted toknow how do I know if it came out ok before monday? I wasnt' planning on icing the cake until monday morning and laying the FBCT after! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

If you did the FBCT on wax paper that is taped to something, once it is frozen you can lift it a little and peek through the wax paper to see if you've covered everything.
