I have to say I used RKT's and used the reg. recipe....it's in my avatar....I made the base of my banana split cake in the RKT's. The RKT are actually holding up the cake. It is dowelled 3 times. I made the RKT molded them dowelled them and let them dry overnight. Never had a problem with them. Even with the butter. I wanted them to enjoy the rkt's as much as the cake...and I just don't think RKT would taste AS good as with the butter YUMMY sorry I'm partial to a stick of butter verses not LOL
