Hi all...I really need a good recipe for whipped icing....in the recipe section i saw a recipe using cream cheese...i want to know whether that will be good or there is any other recipe.

sorry, I always only use Rich's Bettercreme from Sam's.

can't help on the whipped cream recipe, wish i could. i've tried 3 different recipes with no luck, and went to sam's and brought a bucket for 18.00, it has to stay frozen. anyone out there, can you help us both. GOD bless gail icon_cry.gif

Rich's does not taste like fresh whipped cream.

The closest thing I've come to is the Whimsical Bakehouse buttercream. Its really smooth and light. Using sweetex hi-ratio makes a big differnce in the recipe. I absolutley LOVE the stufficon_wink.gif

gailjoe, I don't understand why your Rich's Bettercreme has to stay frozen (except for extended storage)?
