Ok~ probably not within the scope of this forum, but I'm not sure where to post this...unfortunately, my DH is a "last-minute shopper" and he asks me last night what I would like for Christmas (grant it it's 3 days away!) Can any of you give me some good ideas as far as really good decorating books? I'm not sure which ones are fantastic that I should absolutely have. I don't have any cake decorating books at all.

TIA!

Ok well questions like this go into general. But anyways the Wilton Yearbook is a great book I love it and it gives you lots of ideas. There are other Wilton books that can give you great ideas depending on what kind of decorating you are into.

i asked for ACD and Mailbox News cake decorating magazines from my DH. it takes a while for them to arrive so i won't have them by christmas but i know they're coming. icon_biggrin.gif
its easy to order it online so you could tell him the website address.

i don't have any yet but any book by Toba Garrett i'm sure would be worth every penny.
i just got the Whimsical Bakehouse book and its really fun. also, any of Colette Peters' books.

HTH merry christmas!!
