I am with JenWith. I make my normal batch of Sugar Cookies and then just use mini cuttesr ( or a small cookie scoop) and just make the cookies smaller. The bake time is shortened up depending on what size of cookie they are and how thick they are. I just watch that first batch like a hawk and then bake the rest for the same amount of time..
If you are making black and orange icing then I would use the black gel coloring and the orange gel coloring.
