Nfsc Sticking To Parchment

Help!!
I'm trying to do Halloween cookies and I can't get the spahes off the parchment!!
The dough has been rolled out to 1/4" and chilled overnight. When I use the cutters (the new Halloween ones from Wilton) I can't get the shape to come off the paper. When I try to peel it-it rips!! I've never had this problem before icon_cry.gif
any ideas as to why??

I roll on wax paper with cornstarch.. i have only made NFSC once, but don't recall having a problem with it.

the dough should be "pinchable". Maybe you need a bit more flour?

Pop your rolled out dough into the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. Turn it over onto another pan lined with parchment. Peel the parchment off the bottom. Flip the dough back over. Cut out your shapes!

Hi, I know this is probably out of the question you posted, but does anyone have or knows were I can get the NFSC recipe. Thank you for reading my question.

cakegirl68... I use the NFSC recipe from kitchengifts.com I think there might be one here on CC. not sure ! HTH!

There is a recipe for NFSC on CC. That is where i got my recipe.
