I live in Highland Heights, about 15 minutes (5 miles) from Cleveland Heights. Here are the 3 places that I frequent, in the order of preference.
If you can only get to one, I suggest Sweet Surprises. They have the largest selection, reasonable prices, a clean store, etc.--and, they're the closest to where you're staying.
Sadly, you won't find much, if anything in the way of gum paste cutters or supplies. I get all of those types of things from various internet sites.
