Bunt Pan Cakes

I've seen some really beautiful "PUMPKIN" shaped cakes here, using a bunt pan to make them.... what do you do with the center hole when you ice them ? Are they filled with something, or just covered over , or what ? Thanks.....

I made one the other day.. I put ice cream cones in the hole . One on the bottom to help with stability and one on the top to decorate as a stem. Get the smaller comes with the flat bottoms and they should work fine. Just fill in any gaps with frosting and it looks cute.. you can see mine on my photobucket site....
