so for my dad's bday i want to make him a giant moonpie and a giant RC cola. i was thinking of making the moonpie with a 5 or 6in pan and the RC cola out of 4in pans stacked. so my question is... what kind of cake and filling would resemble a moonpie? do i cover it in hard crunch chocolate or something like ganache? thanks for the help!!
