Im making cheese balls/ truffles and was wondering if any one knew how far in advance you can make those? Also the same question for pumpkin cheesecake and apple pie? Thanks a bunch!

When I make cheeseballs I usually make it the night before I need it. That way if there's any left over it can be eaten over the next few days without it going bad. As for cheesecake and apple pie you could make them early and then put them in the freezer. If you don't want to freeze them then I would suggest making as close to when you need it as possible.
