I've seen a few reipes on CC that I would like to try but I can't seem to convert the recipes from American to English. How do you convert 1 cup into pounds and ounces. What I mean is, do you make the batter with separate ingredients e.g flour sugar butter etc? and if so how much of each do you use to make 1 cup full. I hope this makes sense and I hope someone can help.

Thank you so much for posting that info! I have wondered about several conversions myself. I can set my scale to kilos or pounds, but beyond that I'm confused.

Jibbies- if you go to the page that you want them to see then copy the address. That way they don't have to search through. Hope that helps
