I need to make the spiderman cake for a party this weekend, as if it wasn't busy enough. Just got the job today and I was wondering if anyone has tried spidey with a cake head instead of the wig heads. I'm wondering about supporting the weight and all that. Also, they want chocolate frosting and thought I would cover that in fondant. Has anyone tried this? Can it be done? Any and all help is greatly needed and appreciated. OH and what's with the rice krispies I have been hearing about? Is this a substitute for the wig head. What do you mix the rice krispies with? Someone please take pity on poor clueless me!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance,

Karen

I've seen them done with cake heads.......but they don't look as realistic IMO.....but I've never seen them with fondant....that would be interesting
