I want to mix jarred lemon curd with buttercream. Is it okay to fill my cake that will sit out?
I mix Trader Joe's Lemon Curd with my bcf all the time. It has sat on the counter and been just fine.
Oh, thank you so much. You just saved my nerves. My cake is ready to go and all I could think about was "what if I shouldn't have used the lemon curd?".
