Had To Share The Great Service I Received!

I strongly believe in excellent customer service, and promoting those who do the same, so I wanted to tell you all about my experience this week. Last week, my KA mixer quit working. I was pretty nervous, as I can not afford to go buy another 6 qt mixer right now. DH took it apart and found a stripped gear. We tried to find a part online, but when we couldn't find anything, we called KA customer service. They do not make the 6 qt Epicurean or parts for it anymore! Aaaahhh!! Then she says, would I like to get a factory refurbished KA 6 qt professional series as a free replacement? OH, HECK YEAAH!!! That was Saturday if I remember right. Today, it is Wednesday, only 4 days later, and my 'new' KA mixer is here already!! They have arranged for UPS to come back in a week to pick up my old KA in the box they shipped me, postage paid.
So, if you are waivering between KA and anyone else, my vote is for Kitchen Aid!! Just wanted to share!

That is great customer service. Thats another reason I purchased my KA cause of there customer service.

KA is the greatest! I wouldn't trade my 'twins' for anything! They are true workhorses, and with all the wonderful things like this that I hear... I know they are the best choice! Congrats to you on your new 'baby'!!
