you can use graham crackers or gumpaste, or make cookies (kinda like a gingerbread type house) all depends on how much time you have??? If you want to do graham crackers.......make yourself a template like you would for a gingerbread house and then pop the graham crkr in the microwave for like 10 seconds take it out and immediately cut out the shape you're after.....it will stay soft for a minute or so but not much longer......then let it cool and it will harden back to it's original crunchiness!! Pretty cool trick, I always cut them into dinosaurs and stuff for my kids' lunches LOL
