So I ahve been trying to get into a cake shop or bakery of some kind for a while now... last week a local cake shop owner responded to an email i sent her asking if she needed any help. So today was my first dayof my 90 day internship. I am stoked! She is a really nice lady with a lot to teach me. And her shop seems to be very busy with lots of high end customers. YAY for me!!

You said yesterday was your first day but you never said how it went. Did you learn anything new? Did they work you to death? Did you actually decorate? I need MUCH more information girl.
