"N" is correct..a serving size is a serving size..

the only thing I can think of is a "wedge" slice like in the restaurants?? then it just depends on how "THIN" you cut your slices

European servings are smaller than american servings. Since a sponge cake is denser than regular cake (think of the ones from the box) and have less air incorporated into them you don't need a bigger piece. Even the Wilton serving piece is bigger than the average serving size of a sponge cake. Unfortunately I cannot find the chart I had. I'll keep looking for it.
