I have had so many people ask me how these large chocolate ruffles were done for this cake. I keep telling you about the great DVD put out by chocolatier John Costello of the UK. but lately I haven't seen the DVD offered for sale. Not even Squires Group carries it. Today I did a seach for John Costello and found he has his own website, sells the DVD online and also has a You Tube clip you can watch so you can see what your getting before you buy. The DVD itself is not that expensive, the shipping from England is, so maybe some of you could go together, order several copies and split the shipping costs.
