I just recieved an order for a 10in" round cake. they want chocolate everything! cake, filling, and ganache! OK thats fine . It's a 25th anniversary and it needs to say" celebrating 25 years of your endless love" being that Endless Love was the couples wedding song.
I really want to make this really special and pretty for them but with ganache what can I do to make it WOW and not just BROWN?
I don't know if any of this makes sense but if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them
Here's a link to all the CC ganache cake photos:

A lot of the cakes are covered in ganache, but make use of colored ornamental, or dimensional touches to make them "pop."
