I made my first cake yesterday. It is vanilla with chocolate ganache mouse filling. Now I don't know how long this cake will last. If someone can give me an idea I would appreciate it so much.

I would think that it would last 2 or 3 days anyway. Although, by the looks of that cake, I doubt it will last that long! I bet that it will be gone in mere minutes! That combination sounds wonderful! Beautiful job on the cake, by the way!

I agree with up to 3 days. I don't like keeping them around after that although usually they are gone by then. Your cake is pretty!
