Canned Frosting Help

Is there anything that can be done to canned frosting (a la cake doctor) to make it better? I need a quick fix. Thanks J. icon_smile.gif

WOW, what brand are you using? I love canned frosting. Do you not like it?

Never heard of anyone wanting to improve on the taste.


Anyway, sorry I have no suggestions. I am interested to see the responses you will get.

How do you want it improved? Thicker, thinner, taste??? I am not sure what you are looking for, please provide more details and we will try to help! Thanks!

Maybe try adding some extra flavor, vanilla,almond

I guess it always seems so limp and sweet. I'd like it more like real buttercream. I guess adding sugar to stiffen it would just make it sweeter? anyway, thanks for the help. J.
