I've seen such nice cupcake cakes on here. How do you make them. Can someone tell me please. TIA. icon_biggrin.gif

I am not an expert, but i know that you arrange the cupcakes in a pattern and then ice the whole top adding a lil extra in the low spots. You can "glue" the cupcakes to the board using a little dab of buttercream. Try doing a search I have seen the patterns for the cupcake cakes on here, but I just am not sure where right now HTH!

I have a square cupcake pan that makes them the same size. I put them on the boards. Put a little icing on the bottom so they don't slide around the board. Then just ice and decorate.
