Do you put them in the dishwasher or wash by hand??? I've been doing it by hand, but would love to be able to put them in the dw....

Dishwasher, unless I need to use them again right now, but in the end dishwasher.

I put all my parts in the dishwasher, but for my kitchenaid pro the beater is now a dull grey instead of a chrome color but still works just as good .. I have a coated beater for that mixer on my christmas list!

dishwasher with one exception I find the paddle from my professional model which is not coated will turn the frosting grey if I soak it in water or put it in the dishwasher so I do neither

I plan on getting the coated one for it like on my smaller KA

Dishwasher all the way. usually because it needs a good cleaning after the daughter or husband lick the paddle clean of icing.

Dishwasher - I have the white plastic-coated paddle, though.

I put the paddles and bowls in, but not the whisks. It changes their color.

I just opened up my new KA yesterday and inside it had a little cardboard warning that said "DO NOT PUT THE WHISK IN THE DISHWASHER"! It says to hand wash and dry immediately.
Susie who will be trying it out tomorrow making my birthday cake for Friday. icon_smile.gif
