Today I start working at a gorcery store decorating cakes. They told me that the first three days would be nothing but computer work and then I would start my training. Boo. I'm very nervous as I've never been on any real time crunch before when decorating. I've heard horror stories about gorcery store bakeries here at CC in other posts, but if any have any advice about surviving this kind of job it would be appreciated. I'm hoping to learn a lot while I'm there.
