I've never made the NFSC's before...what is the best thickness for the dough?

Thanks!

If I am putting the cookies on a stick I roll them out to 3/8" or 1/2" thick. If there's no stick, I do 1/4". (I use appropriately sized dowel rods for spacers with my rolling pin.)

I'm sure they are still yummy! icon_wink.gif Glad I could help (even if I was really too late LOL). Just thought I'd mention also, I got my dowel rods very cheap in the craft aisle at my Super WalMart. I just bought 1 long one in 3 different diameters and cut them each in half.
