I am making some now... If I frost the cake can it stay in a sealed container this would not need to go in the frig would it? Actually I'm doing cup cakes and want to dip the tops almost like a glaze. Thanks luv ya all

choc ganache does not normally need to be refrigerated, so as long as your filling doesn't have anything perishable you will be fine. mmmm love ganache!

Nope, the way I've been reading it, the sugar and fat in the chocolate acts as a preservative.

Ganache can stay at normal room temperature (not hot) for 2 days, after that it needs to go in the fridge.
