For those you you who use the Wilton bottles to do your cookies with:

How do you get the RI in to the bottle? Maybe I'm just afraid to try, but it is a small opening in relation to the consistency of the icing. I have only tried Antonia74's icing recipe for cookies, and I think i added a little more PS as it seemed too thin to start with. Maybe i just made it too thick, but seems like it would be a big mess to get it in the bottles.

The bottles do seem like they would be great to work with. Any tips you have would be great. TIA

I pour into a glass liquid measuring cup and pour into the bottle. You'll get the consistency right. It just takes practice. It's all fixable no matter if it's too runny or too thick.

I use a small funnel - works like a charm!
