How can I get my Antonia's icing to look shiny when dry? I've seen some in the gallery that are just beautiful!

use Toba's glace recipe (http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-2119-Toba-Garretts-Glace-Icing.html). Antonia's RI dries to a matte finish. For glossy-shiny, use Tob'as glace.
